Since I was a little girl, I LOVED to cook - one of my earliest memories is cooking stuffed tomatoes when I was 8 if that wasn't a sign then what is?!
Unfortunately my love of cooking has been unloving to the waistline, and I joined Weight Watchers - This has got the passion burning in me even more! I was cooking every day although most of the things weren't the usual that I would normally eat - being Italian, I was used to Pasta, Cheese, Meat but I could never find recpies on all these things that would still be healthy - so one day I gave myself a challenge, see if I can find a way to eat all the things I love, still lose weight and still fit in with the diet plan..
